Mountainwestonline.com believes in making your online shopping experience as easy as possible. That's why we offer FREE ground shipping on all single purchases totaling $100 or more (to the lower 48 States*)! Regular Ground rates will be charged for all orders under $100.

We ship via FedEx on most orders. We also offer UPS for International shipping

Mountainwestonline.com ships all orders from Monday – Friday. Expedited orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours** of placing your order (Mon-Fri).
* This shipping policy is applicable only to orders within the continental United States. It does not apply to residents of Hawaii or Alaska.

Return Policy

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your online order. Items purchased from Mountainwestonline.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days for a full refund* (excluding clearance and sale items). Items must be returned in "as new" condition.
Returns must include ALL packaging, tags and original receipt. All items must be unused and in saleable condition.
Items returned used, altered or damaged will not be refunded unless Mountainwestonline.com determines the damage to be the result of a manufacturing defect or a problem that occurred in transit. Returned items received after the 30 day required period may not be accepted and/or may be subject to a 15% restocking fee with the remaining balance as store credit only.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
  • 1. Fill out this form and include it in the package along with a copy of your packing slip or confirmation email.
  • 2. Include any exchange information or the reason for your return so that we may serve you better in the future.
  • 3. It is recommended that you use a method of shipping that insures the packages for the value of the contents and provides you with a tracking number.

Mountainwestonline.com will not be responsible for expenses related to returns and/or exchanges unless we made an error in processing your order. If you believe we have made an error with your order, please call us to speak with one of our customer service representatives. It is recommended that you insure all packages sent back to us. Mountainwestonline.com will not be responsible for packages lost or stolen.
